"The record flies off with a punchy opener. "You Make A Mess" has the upbeat vigour that puts the boogie back into the blues. The hooky chorus and rip-roaring rhythm puts this track in the album's limelight. The following tune "Right From Wrong," shifts the feel, but keeps the verve alive. It is a great track to bare witness to some sweet harmonica skills ... MonkeyJunk have the instruments, the rhythm and the vivacity. All Frequencies should be added to the list of noteworthy blues rock albums of the year".

"Monkeyjunk delivers a blast of blues-based groove, slightly heavier than your garden variety, bass-free Americana power trio ... Monkeyjunk fuses the muscle of Detroit, the soul of Memphis, and the howling hunger of Clarksdale ... Set apart from the current pack of Hill Country-inspired blues triosby a knack for freewheelin' soul. Monkeyjunk is an exciting name in an often-stagnant niche scene".
