Demonstrations of the Paris Opera Ballet School (dvd 1): Accompanied by teachers and pianists, the students demonstrate the skills they have learned in their journey towards mastering the codes of French ballet. - The school of dreams (dvd 2): The students are interviewed about their passion for dance and their hopes for the future, and share their thoughts on the exercises they must practise in order to become accomplished dancers.
