At bibliotek.dk you will find all items that have been published in Denmark and all items found in the stock of the Danish public libraries. These items can be borrowed from the libraries.
As of March 2019, the database contains 14 million items. The database is updated daily. Among other things, bibliotek.dk contains records of:

• items from the stock of the Danish public libraries and research libraries: books, periodicals, newspapers, music, sheet music, video tapes/DVDs, CD-ROMs, audio books etc
• all books, periodicals and newspapers published in Denmark since 1970 (as well as many items published before this date)
• major articles published in newspapers and periodicals since 1945
• reviews published in newspapers and periodicals since 1990

Please note that bibliotek.dk preferably contains Danish newspaper and journal articles.
In bibliotek.dk there are some materials that can not be borrowed - or can only be borrowed by some:

• Materials on the Internet (e-books, audio books, online music, netfilm, eperiodicals etc.): Some of these materials are only available if your library has purchased access
• Restricted Rights: Some materials - especially movies - libraries have limited rights. They may for example only be lent to a municipality's own citizens. In these cases, you will get a warning, or request button is missing, and you will get a link to the libraries where you can borrow - if you are a registrated borrower
• Completely new material
