"De fleste af sangene er godt nok december-standarder som 'That's What I want For Christmas' og 'Sleigh Ride', men de synges af Holly Golightly og Fun. samt en lang række andre indie-navne: The Shins, Sharon Van Etten og Calexico, der stort set alle sammen trækker sangene ud af vanens greb. Det betyder kæk slædetur med ukulele, fioler, overraskende temposkift og en julestemning, der ikke smager som mugne pebernødder".
