Summary: Republic Records have announced a powerful, star-studded lineup for the soundtrack to the motion picture The Hunger Games: Catching Fire, mixing established music icons Coldplay, Patti Smith, and Christina Aguilera, along with The Lumineers, Imagine Dragons, Ellie Goulding and singer and songwriter Sia. Icelandic folk collective Of Monsters and Men contribute tracks as well.

De er rimelig seje, de der soundtracks til de populære Hunger Games-film. Fri for Danny Elfman- eller andet strygersovs præsenterer de et bredt og bevidst udvalg af gode og populære pop- og rocknavne i dag. Således også med soundtracket til den seneste film, hvor man lytter til musik af blandt andre Coldplay, The Weeknd, The National, Lorde og Ellie Golding.

"The Hunger Games' themes and imagery into what sounds like a timeless lament, would be the survivor. Even if every track here isn't quite as inspired as this song, or the music from the first movie, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire is a solidly entertaining soundtrack".

"Soundtracket til stor-filmen "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire" er et fint miks af rock og pop og en blanding af nye numre og mere eller mindre kendt pensum med hæderkronede Patti Smith som ældste deltager med "Capitol Letter"".
