"Being boxed in as just a "cloud rap" producer is an ill-fitting label for somebody who has created one of the most influential beats of the decade. His legacy will live on thanks to "I'm God", but with the rest of his discography just as strong, it's hard to see him as anything less than one of music's foremost production talents".

"At best, Clams's beats seem beaten, staggering in a space filled with distortion, as if someone's trying to hoover up the song before it finishes. 32 Levels begins and ends strongly but sags in the middle like an old sofa, never bettering Casino classics such as A$AP Rocky's LVLor FKA twigs' flutteringly majestic Hours".

"The influential hip-hop producer's debut album, 32 Levels, has two distinct sides: a uniformly strong rap side and a pop side that's not nearly as engaging or distinctive".
