"Den engelske kvintet har spillet efter den samme opskrift siden 2006. Den opskrift, kombineret med deres eminente koncerter, har sikret bandet en solid fanbase. 'Black Flame' er et godt album, og overordnet har skiftet til Music for Nations haft en positiv effekt, som uden tvivl vil udvide den eksisterende fanbase. Men Bury Tomorrow har stadig til gode at udgive et helt gennemført godt album".

"This isn't the instant ticket to stardom Bury Tomorrow might have wanted. However, it does solidify them as major heavyweights in an overcrowded scene - sometimes that's enough. But if these gents want to skyrocket to the next level as their heroes have, they'll have to put a bit more of a unique stamp on their music. What's here is great, but inoffensive".
