"It's a shame the shrieks are so subdued and pushed to the background, as a more prominent role would make them sound more razor-sharp and also allow a better contrast against the tremolo shredding that currently jostles the record into more of an instrumental experience instead. As a result, despite great instrumental prowess and solid melodies throughout, "Intet Mere Er" doesn't feel quite as distinct and accomplished as Glemsel's "Forfader" or the more mainstream-ish work by Møl or Solbrud. Nevertheless, its atmospheric take on black metal is still absolutely worth a listen".

""Intet Mere Er," in my opinion, is perfection debut release, modern, fresh and draws back to classic black metal days of the nineties. At the same time, looking at the song runtimes, this should not put one off - (mentioned before) the songs are long, neither repetitive nor dull. "Intet Mere Er" is for those who love their classic/traditional or raw-atmosphere black metal".
