"Jeg har ikke svært ved at forestille mig, at koncerten kan have været en stor oplevelse. Det fungerer bare ikke så godt på pladen hjemme i stuen, hvor det stritter alt for meget og bliver noget karakterløst. Der er dog nogle enkeltpræstationer på pladen, der holder. Bugge Wesseltofts solopiano præsentation af Steve Kuhns Chicken Feathers er fantastisk. Solveig Slettahjells version af Tom Waits-klasssikeren Take it with me holder ligeledes hele vejen".
