"Tamba Trio's second album, recorded in 1963, includes great jaunts through Brazilian standards (now, if not then) like "Berimbau" and "O Amor em Paz." The threesome's bright harmonies and nimble accompaniment make for some pleasant summertime music, though listeners may prefer a various-artists collection to vary the sound".
