"Materialet er labyrintisk, rummer elementer af funk, rock og samba og præsenteres fuldstændig ublokeret og vitalt af kapaciteter som Mike Stern, George Whitty, Ada Rovatti, Will Lee og danske Chris Minh Doky m.fl. Ikke alle de gamle sidemen er med, men konturerne for en reunion er på plads. Og dén - og især kapelmesteren selv - imponerer".
