"På 'Think of Spring' fortolker M. Ward Billie Holidays 1958-album 'Lady in Satin' - Holidays sidste indspilning med en stemme mærket af misbrug ... Og fordi man har en knastør folk-stemme (netop derfor), kan man kaste sig ud i 'You've Changed' og 'You Don't Love What Love Is' blot ledsaget af en ensom støvet guitar. Sådan har ingen spillet Holidays sange før. Guitaren lyder retro, og M. Wards røst er som en røst fra en gammel transistorradio (...) raspende og blændende".
