"There's always a risk with these kinds of collaborations - too many cooks, watering down the essence - but that's largely avoided on 'Where's The One', thanks to the openness and playful spirit of the music. [Juana] Molina's performances, in particular, really shine here - the psychedelic rounds of "Resila" are somehow both peaceable and careening - and the tracks for massed likembés, like "Kule Kule Redux", benefit from the extra charge such a huge backing band can offer".
