"To say that the old "if it's broke don't fix it" idiom looms large over the proceedings is a bit of an understatement, but Disturbed's particular brand of 21st century hard rock has brought in enough platinum over the years to warrant a bit of metathesiophobia, and their myriad post-hiatus projects ultimately failed to yield the same dividends".

"Each of Disturbed's previous albums managed to move over a million units each, and based on the quality of some of the material on offer, chances are there are many who will choose to get down with the sickness again this summer".

"Riffene er der, ideerne er der, lysten er der, evnerne er der, men alt sammen kun i små portioner. Jeg har i tidens løb tænkt om mange bands: "I har alle muligheden for og er i en position, hvor I kan gøre lige præcis, hvad I vil... Hvad holder jer tilbage?" Det kan man så kun gisne om".

"Vurdering: D" - "It openly and so earnestly feeds its target audience, as if to scoff at the very idea of Art vs. Product. Lamb of God found a balance between the two with their latest album, VII: Sturm und Drang, which shines as a recent example of how to move forward artistically and still appeal to one's core fans and sell records. With Immortalized, Disturbed don't even try".
