Arierne triumferer befriende over recitativerne.

"Cumming's orchestra is alert and assured, with a well-fed bass-line and elegant violins".

"Three of the major parts are impressively sung ... The rest is respectable to good, and overall a decent account is given of this worthwhile rarity".

"Cumming's ... cast consists of singers who are not particularly well known ... The plot is complicated even by Handelian standards ... But in fact a high standard is set ... Emily Fons has a focused, dark-hued voice ... and comes through with honours ... magnificently in 'Voglio che sia' ... Cummings and his orchestra do full justice to the music".

"Vurdering: Editor's choice" - "Fasolis's direction is exemplary for its warmly authoritative expresiveness and fluent mastery over detail ... Faramondo is revealed as a much better score than I had previously realised".
