"It's nearly a decade since they released anything as a duo (...) and this is a timely reminder of how well they work together. The sublime Kerr voice is naturally a big part of it, but the instrumental stuff (...) - lifted by enlightened arrangements and an astutely diverse selection of material, gives it all a well-rounded feel. Unsurprisingly, quite a bit of it has surfaced before in other forms, but here it all sounds fresh and vitalised ... A new Kerr song, "Lovers Of Us All", impresses greatly, and we get an unusual arrangement of "Barbara Allen", Kerr fiddle-singing with all her might ...
