"Blues giants captured at 1974 Montreux Jazz Festival - Backed by an impromptu rhythm section of Wyman, former CSNY drummer Dallas Taylor and Tucky Buzzard guitarist Terry Taylor, plus Muddy's pianist Pinetop Perkins, Guy and Wells sail through their standards, flaming on the slow-burners. Their set was released as Drinkin' TNT 'N' Smokin' Dynamite in 1982 and has been reissued several times since. Now it's been coupled with the Messin' With The Blues DVD, which presented some of the pair's set plus four songs after they were joined by Muddy, including a rarely-performed The Same Thing and simmering Hoochie Coochie Man".
