"[Crosbys] nye soloalbum er velproduceret og virker i forhold til [Neil] Youngs [nye] plade nogle steder renskuret. David Crosbys sangforedrag ligger klart og tydeligt placeret i et lydbillede, der er præget af smukke vokalharmonier og et flot akustisk guitarspil. Men Crosby huserer ikke kun i det lille intime format. Et nummer som "Somebody Other Than You" er sat stort og vellykket op".
