"The latest by Argentina's most accomplished Tom Waits-alike feels like a nocturnal stroll by the vagabond ("linyera") of the title. A night on the tiles that begins jauntily enough yet ends, bleary-eyed, as the sun comes up on the docks in Buenos Aires. So evocative, you can almost smell his cheap aftershave".
