Devieilhe er nemlig, hvad man kalder koloratursopran, og kan lade stemmen kvidre oppe over det høje c, så man bliver svimmel. Det er uimodståeligt, når hun viser talentet frem ... Duetten Celle qui vient fra Massenets opera Thaïs er endnu en lækkerbisken på et album, hvor de eksotiske klange er i fokus".
