"Første Verdenskrig er ikke et overset emne i heavy metalmusik. Oftest bliver det dog fortolket af dødsmetal- eller black metalbands, da krigens elendighed og umenneskelighed skriger langt væk af ondskab - hvorimod powermetal jo ofte er mere muntert og til tider lallet. Men Sabaton formår alligevel at blande det pompøse med det tragiske, så jeg kipper med min pikkelhue i deres generelle retning. Der er som sådan ikke noget nyt at komme efter. Sabaton gør det, som de altid har gjort, og de gør det på en sådan måde, som kun de kan".
