"Fælles album er en slags solo-udspil for Crazy Horse-medlemmerne ... et udspil, hvor hver af de tre bandmedlemmer selv har skrevet tre sange under corona-epedemien og siden indspillet dem med hver deres omgangskreds ... det er absolut ikke et homogent sammenspillet værk, men de fire har alligevel så mange års fælles arv, bagage og tradition, at det hænger sammen på sin egen ujævne måde".

"Not quite a Crazy Horse record, then, 'All Roads Lead Home' compiles solo compositions from the current lineup (...) that showcases their shared musical bonds. The songs here are country rock, unadorned and sensitively played, nestled around Young's lovely acoustic take on 'Barn''s "Song Of The Seasons". Inevitably, Young's influence proliferates. It's especially evident on Billy Talbot's contributions, "Rain, "The Hunter" and "Cherish": wistfully delivered eco-fables, with Talbot's wavering delivery adding unexpected pathos. Meanwhile, the horizontal workout on Ralph Molina's "Look Through the Eyes Of Your Heart" harks back to more vigorous Horse sessions".
