"This is his tenth album overall and third for John Autin's Rabadash Records. Thibodeaux states "It's a mixture, Cajun but not too traditional, it's Zydeco with a pinch of New Orleans' sound, a small pinch of South Louisiana Swamp Pop, a taste of Country and a little Rock n' Roll that's sure to get you on your feet and dancing." If Thibodeaux talks like a chef that's because he has a secret gumbo recipe and compares cooking with being a bandleader ... This is a fun outing from Louisiana's best rockin' fiddler since Doug Kershaw. Better check out Waylon Thibodeaux".

"This is one of those carefree listens unless you want to indulge in a few cold ones and get your `rowdy" on. Nonetheless, beverage or not, it will have you tapping or maybe even stomping your foot. That's what Thibodeaux was after. He just wants the listeners to have as much fun as he did making the record".

"One can count on exciting, high-quality Louisiana party music when Thibodeaux raises a bow to the strings of his fiddle or when he sings. His latest album finds nail-tough blues more on his mind than on past albums, mixing it with Cajun music, New Orleans r&b, swamp pop and Southern rock".
