"They have returned to their early influences, and done so in style. The singers here include the gutsy Viorica Rudareasa, who sang with Taraf in the late 90s. But what makes the set special are the swirling, furious instrumental pieces like Din Caval Moldoveneasca, driven on by original band members Marius on accordion, Caliu on violin and Ionica on cymbalum".

"The Honourable Band of Brigands celebrate a quarter of a century by looking back over their recorded career and examining the styles and themes that they have perfected. They have invited influential former members back on board and paid tribute to the many legends from their ranks who have passed away. Its' a cohesive collection of hints and memories from their fabled village of Clejani, with all its meadows and seasons and celebrations ... And while the high octane village square stomps and lonely heart jamborees are the mainstay here, the set is a homage as much as a retrospective, an endlessly turning spiritual cycle of eastern European music".
