"Where previous Rattlesnakes' albums explored mental health and toxic masculinity, 'Sticky' is a pressure release: loose and spontaneous, tapping into that inclination we all had at the end of lockdown to go - well, a bit feral ... Carter, a long-time champion for diversity in metal and rock, teams up with pop-metaller Cassyette on 'Off With His Head', a pertinent attack on a patriarchal society and gender-based violence ... But 'Your Town', a collab with Idles' Joe Talbot proves to be the album's highlight, an incendiary pairing of two modern punk icons, written as Carter and Richardson watched societal divisions widen during the pandemic. This kind of bug-eyed bish-bash-bosh is exactly what we need from Frank Carter And The Rattlesnakes right now. Great records inevitably come out of shit times, and this is one of them".

"Evocative and grandiose, Sticky is a more socially aware version of Frank Carter & The Rattlesnakes ... Featuring dark and delicate themes, the band in no way stray from their classic, riotous punk-rock style. Opening with the titular track, "Sticky" is teeming with unbridled energy as the band waste no time bursting onto the scene in full throttle. Strong guitar riffs dominate the limelight, providing an apt accompaniment for Carter's rap-style vocal performance as he introduces us to a new era of Frank Carter and the Rattlesnakes".

"Three years after forming, Audio Drag for Ego Slobs is Gustaf's debut album, although it sounds like the work of a much more accomplished band ... A striking debut album and Gustaf will start to soar when they gain greater confidence in their musical instincts".

"An absolutely banging document of the last two years that will resonate far beyond his existing audience".

"Ex-Gallows man hoists hardcore punk flag high: With audible nods to Sleaford Mods, The Prodigy and Carter's beloved Black Flag, 'Sticky' brings pop smarts and razor-sharp riffs, its mood a ferment of bratty intensity ... Much of 'Sticky' is the stuff of stinging, anti-establishment messaging. Nothing remotely insipid here, rather anger as an energy, and top tunes".
