"Trias won plenty of praise, and a few Danish awards, for their 2012 debut, and now they're back. But the second time around isn't quite a seasy as the first. Yes, there's good music, and it's very precisely played. But many of the tracks go by at a light trot, too easy and precise to be more than pleasant melodies. It's as if, in trying to be so exact, much of the feeling has gone. It really comes alive on the lyrical, slower material like "Filosoffen", or the pair of songs with Camilla Skjærbæk on vocals, who brings an extra dimesion to the sound. Those pieces have a luminous loveliness that lifts the album ... They started out playing for dances, and perhaps they need to return to those roots".
