"By contrast with Led Bib's previous record, the visceral, riff-laden Umbrella Weather (Rare Noise Records, 2017) It's Morning is more circumspect, but it's certainly no less appealing. But in truth, it is Fortnam who absolutely owns this album, evincing an irresistible pivotal position throughout".

"Led Bib return with their sixth album, their second for RareNoise Records, promising music that is different from what has come before; this time, incorporating vocals. The band are innovators and their music can be described as exploratory jazz with a hint of rock/post punk and a dash of electronica. True improvisers, they certainly lived up to high expectations with It's Morning ...[it] places Led Bib firmly on your reviewer's favourites list and makes them, as a band, simply unforgettable".

"Punk-jazz pioneers Led Bib channel improvisational chemistry anew on an ever-evolving song cycle, anchored by the addition of North Sea Radio Orchestra's mezzo-soprano Sharron Fortnam. Their talents coalesce on the 11-minute "Fold" - a flip through an old FM radio that bristles and broods with atmospheric shifts. The reined-in approach succeeds in making their full-tilt moments more malevolently powerful than ever".
