"Originally a Record Store Day exclusive, Spiritoso documents a series of shows Calexico performed in Germany with the Vienna Radio Symphony Orchestra and the Deutsches Filmorchester Babelsberg. Much like last year's vinyl box set Road Atlas, this live album has a casual retrospective feel, culling songs from throughout the band's career but with no real attempt to be definitive".

While it's most likely a record for current fans, you could do worse for an entry point, and it raises questions about where the group might be headed next".
