Disney Channel er taget på stranden for at surfe. Filmen "Teen beach movie" handler om et ungt par, der vil surfe en sidste gang inden de skal adskilles, men i stedet transformeres tilbage til 60'ernes glade og uforpligtende strandliv. Soundtracket kommer godt omkring: Fra nutidens typiske Disney-pop over Grease-lignende musical-pop til 60'ernes surf-pop i form af Beach Boys. Ross Lynch (kendt fra "Austin & Ally" og boybandet R5) og Maia Mitchell spiller hovedrollerne og synger for.
