"Los Angeles Operaen satte "Die Gezeichneten" op i 2010, og det amerikanske pladeselskab Bridge, som gør meget for at være med fremme på det danske marked, optog forestillingen (med bifald og det hele) ... Musikken har både den eftertragtede sødme og den mere groteske virkelighed. Den er fantastisk skrevet i et prægtigt orkesterpartitur ... Opførelsen er stor med Anja Kampe som en spændende Carlotta".
